If peace was a color
What would you choose?
I’m thinking of something mixed
With greens and blues.
Some choose white
For its tranquil appeal.
But peace deserves shades
More vibrant and real.
I would choose a palette
With whispers of cobalt and jade
I’d add a touch of lavender
As I watch my troubles fade
Into the horizon of a
Cobalt and lavender sky
Rolling over jaded hills
While quiet streams flow by.
