Did your weekend go the way you planned? Did you have a to-do list, but never got around to do any of it? How did you respond? Are you disappointed? Frustrated? No need to be upset. Everything that happened this weekend has a purpose.  As you meditate on your weekend and start a new week, don’t forget that you are alive for a specific purpose.

Everything you experience has its benefits. There are lessons packed in each encounter to either shape you into a better person or to give you new insights to share.

Each new day and each experience provides you an opportunity to be thankful.
