This morning as I prepared to minister to the Lord, I sensed He wanted me to draw. In His still small voice I heard Him say, “I want to show You what my love looks like.” So I gathered my supplies and began to sketch the image you see.

His love is like the waves of the sea. It washes over us never leaving us completely dry. At the beach the sand along the shore may appear dry, but if you look closely, there is evidence of moisture. 

That’s how God’s love is for us. Sometimes it is obvious He is with us loving us throughout our journey. At other times, not so obvious. He promised never to leave us nor forsake us. He is present by His Holy. Spirit. 

Even when we drift away from the place He planted us, He stills carries us with His love. When trouble comes, He guides us back to Him. He is our refuge and our fortress; a very present help in the day of trouble (Psalm 46:1).

God loves you. He longs to show You how much. Pause from your day and ask Him to show you how He sees you. What is His hope for you? 

Let Him love on you. No matter who you are, where you are, or what you are doing, God loves you with an everlasting love (Jeremiah 31:3).
